In my ad there are two separate rooms available for rent just to be clear, each room is renting for 16k, and light & water bills are not included Kitchen and Bathroom are shared among tenants because this a half house rent which as three rooms one kitchen and one bathroom, one tenant is already occupying one room, so if you’re interested in renting one room, $32,000 will cover rent and deposit.
